Project Details

The CMT Association is a global credentialing body with nearly 50 years of service to the financial industry. The Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) designation marks the highest education within the discipline and is the preeminent designation for practitioners of technical analysis worldwide. 

Volcone Engaged in working relations with CMTA through our partnership with S-fx Small Business Solutions in 2013 when we custom developed a very advanced Association Manage System for them to manage some of their online certification/education programs as well as their membership renewals and management modules. We developed and successfully managed their AMS for about 4 years for them until they realized they want to position themself in a better way by revamping their brand and elevating their online presence.

With some great work on their brand by Craft & Root, we took over the website development project under leadership of S-fx Small Business Solutions. The entire website was custom coded from scratch on WordPress without using any add-on plugins or theme. This entire website is built on WordPress’s default theme with custom child-theme developed by our team to ensure speed, on-page SEO and user-friendly backend interface.  One of the challenges we faced was to develop custom animations using JS to make sure they are lightweight on the browser and compatible across multiple devices. After weeks of QA and Development cycles, we created something that was original, satisfied our client’s requirements and above all, it was user friendly and highly accessible for the majority of the users.

Volcone is still engaged with CMTA to this date for maintenance of their web properties and our team is very passionate about what we do for them. We are also very lucky to have amazing web partners at S-fx to lead this project with some inspiring design by C&R.
